Stefania is a highly skilled and inspirational mindfulness practitioner, who has provided me with the tools to be aware of and manage my own \u201cmind factory\u201d during and after the sessions. Practising mindfulness is a personal journey and not a quick fix; it\u2019s work in progress but the foundations laid and the guidelines provided by Stefania were very strong to keep me going.
